Kladdkaka- Sweden #87
A Swedish sticky chocolate cake. It's rich and gooey and yummy! It should serve 8 but only made it to 4.Ingredients:

1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
1-1/3 c. sugar
1 T. vanilla extract
1/2 c. butter, melted
- Preheat oven 300F. Lightly grease an 8" pie plate.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; set aside.
- Stir the eggs into the sugar until smooth.
- Add the flour mixture, and stir just until combined.
- Pour vanilla and butter into mixture; stir until well combined.
- Pour into prepared pie plate.
- Bake on lower rack of oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the center has slightly set.
- Allow cake to cool for 1 hour in the pie plate, if you can.
